Since all is energy we are constantly dealing with the energy grids from our inner programs/imprints and those of our surroundings. The more we are in touch with our selves, the more we have our own energy available and are therefore less influenced and less dependent from our surroundings. The correspondence of energy grids through their frequencies- provide a positive feedback loop, multiply, potentiate and form new energy grids from there. Since everything is based on resonance those energy grids are creating our reality and the way we go in resonance with anything in life. Energy grids are driving us to re experience and re create situations, inwardly and outwardly by us making others feel the same way as we feel and by us creating situations with others so we end up feeling the same way again
